Course outline 7822-50:- Suitable for students of all abilities, you will be able to work at your own pace. Practical assignments will be set and there will be some theoretical elements. These must be completed to fulfill course requirements. Elements studied include:-

- How to create a design looking at aspects of compostion, etc.
- Achieving the best results from the colours and equipment you use.
- The importance of Health & Safety awareness in China Painting.
- Different techniques you can use to enhance your work.
- Designing for different pieces of china.

Course outline 7900:- The 7900 Creative Studies is designed for those who wish to achieve a high standard of artistic craftsmanship in China Painting. The Scheme is offered at two levels with outcomes approximately similar in quality to GCE Advanced level, part one or diploma level (part two). The 7922-27 is an appropriate progression route from the 7822-50 in china painting.

The three courses are designed to follow on one from the other to ensure a good understanding of the art of china painting.
